Consider having an extra mat or rug to put down for when your house is being shown so that it looks fresh and unused. A vase on the counter top with fresh or silk flowers makes the room more inviting as well. Finally, fill a basket with rolled guest towels and fancy soaps or lotions to place on the counter top to give your bathroom a luxurious spa atmosphere that any prospective buyer would find inviting.
