Amanda Whitby's Art Glass Shop

I found this painting a week ago that I just fell in love with and
couldn't live without. However, I have no idea who painted it or what
it might be called, if anything. I will try to describe it as best
as I can.

It appears to be an oil on canvas of a little girl of about 5 or 6.
She has shoulder length red hair that has a medium sized blue bow in
it, kind of on the top but leaning towards the side of her hair. She
has flesh colored skin with large, bright blue eyes and thin lips.

She is wearing what appears to be a blue dress with a collared
neckline.

The canvas is stapled onto the wood on the sides, and the wood framing
in the back is Fredrix 16 with the archival reference tag on it. I
see no signature on the painting anywhere.

Does this ring a bell to anyone? I am clueless with art, I just
couldn't leave without it no matter how I tried!!!
