I'll drink a glass of chocolate milk after working out to help build muscle?
Have heard that when you work out, you basically tear muscle fibers, and that if you drink a glass of chocolate milk, helps restore muscle fiber protein and helps build more muscle fibers to create more flexibility and strength. Is that true? I run everyday and drink a glass of milk, while eating with the right help formation of strong muscle?
