And not a bad film of this white type in the bowl now and looking pretty gross how to clean it without hurting my plants. It's very healthy now and do not want to hurt its growth at all. Thanks i appreciate it

You will not hurt your plant by removing it and cleaning the bowl. You Water should be changed at least every two weeks anyway. I'm guessing white film is caused by hard water. You can use distilled water instead.
